Jesup New Life Ministries Donates $1800 to Hospital Auxiliary’s Mary Ellen McKenzie Hospice Suite

After a couple of church and family members stayed in the hospice suite at Wayne Memorial, Pastor Bertha Cobbs of Jesup New Life Ministries and other church members came to the know the suite well. Decorated by volunteers and members of the local garden clubs when the new hospital was built in 2007, the suite’s nine years of usage had begun to show.

As a result, Pastor Cobbs and her church chose to hold a shoe auction and donate the proceeds to the WMH Auxiliary for the updating of the décor in the suite. They recently presented the $1800 check to members of the Auxiliary.
