Animal Refuge Foundation (ARF) and Hospital Café Team up for Adoption Event
Jesup, GA – The Café at Wayne Memorial Hospital and the Animal Refuge Foundation (ARF) are teaming up for a special animal adoption event Thursday, May 26 at Wayne Memorial. Representatives will have live animals in the grassy area of the café parking lot ready and available for adoption. Hours of the adoption event are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. To further help the organization, the Café at Wayne Memorial will be offering a special $7 plate during the lunch hours of 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will go to ARF. ARF is an all volunteer, 501©(3) non-profit organization. Their primary mission is to place unwanted dogs and cats into loving, caring homes. ARF is a certified animal rescue operation through the USDA and seeks to identify safe foster homes for rescued dogs and cats until permanent homes are secured through the adoption program.
