I had cataract surgery in November and December and my husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by every single staff member to both of us!!! Every person who attended me during the prep asked name, DOB, and which eye. And every person asked those questions with a smile on his/her face and looking me directly in the eye. I know they deal with tens of patients daily, but they made me feel as if I was their only patient that day and they were delighted to see me! Thank you to your staff for their outstanding service. They certainly deserve the awards in 2010 and 2015 and every year in between!!!

 I wanted to take a few minutes and brag on some awesome nurses. My mother had an outpatient procedure done on 2/12/20 and although the procedure itself went well she developed complications from the anesthesia and other medications. The nurses that cared for her in the One Day unit were amazing. Marcia was her main nurse and was so attentive and tried all she could to comfort my mother and resolve the problems she was having. Cindy and Elaine took over as we progressed into the evening and they, too, were awesome. Janet Wise stayed on top of the situation & made sure my mother had the best care. The nurse that cared for her once she was admitted to the surgical floor exceeded my expectations. Dara was her name. She knew I was very worried when I left for the night and went above and beyond by calling me at home to let me know the results of her lab work and to ensure me she was doing fine. That really helped me rest better and made me feel good to know we have such great nurses. I know I am probably leaving someone out because there were quite a few faces that came in and out during her stay in One Day but they were ALL awesome. It’s not very often that nurses get bragged about but rather complained about so I wanted to be sure to let the staff know that our experience was a great one.
